The Process to Invite Vinny Flynn to Speak
Step One: Review the “Event Planning Guidelines” and “Types of Presentations” information to determine that everything is compatibility with the specific event you have in mind. Please also go over the information with any others who will be responsible for hosting us at your parish or group to make sure that everyone understands and agrees to the arrangements specified.
Step Two: Fill out the On-line Event Inquiry Form as completely as possible and submit it by e-mail, fax, or regular mail.
For planned events, please observe the following deadlines:
For events between Jan 1 and June 30, please get your inquiry to us no later than the August 15 before the event.
For events between July 1 and December 31, please get your inquiry to us no later than the February 15 before the event.
After each deadline, we will gather all the inquiries and begin discerning our schedule. We will notify you as soon as decisions have been made. Inquiries received after the deadlines will be considered to the extent our schedule allows.
