The Process to Invite Vinny Flynn to Speak
Step One: Review the “Event Planning Guidelines” and “Types of Presentations” information to determine that everything is compatible with the specific event you have in mind. Please also go over the information with any others who will be responsible for hosting us at your parish or group to make sure that everyone understands and agrees to the arrangements outlined in the packet.
Step Two: Fill out the on-line Booking Form as completely as possible and submit it by e-mail or regular mail.
For planned events, please observe the following deadlines:
For events planned for 2011, we will contact you within two weeks of receiving your inquiry to let you know if there are any available spots left.
For events planned for 2012, please observe the following deadlines:
Jan 1 – June 30: Inquiry deadline is August 15, 2011.
July 1 – December 31: Inquiry deadline is February 15, 2012.
After each deadline, we will gather all the inquiries and begin discerning our schedule. We will notify you as soon as decisions have been made.
